My Promo Code is Not Working, Help!Updated 10 months ago

You received a promo code from us (Ned), a friend or a podcast/influencer but it is not working at checkout. Here are some things to try before reaching out to us. 

1. Double check the promo code! Many times, a copy and paste may capture an extra character or space.
2. Check to see if there are restrictions to the code. Some codes have a minimum purchase amount, cannot be used more than once, only apply to new customers, cannot be combined with other codes, or are out of date. 
3. Are you trying to use it on a subscription order? Double check if the promo code can be applied towards a subscription or only a one time order
