Mello

The Mello products will contain three types of Magnesium:

Magnesium Lactate Gluconate: The most bioavailable form of magnesium, specifically in the gut, and supports muscle and bone maintenance.

(Aquamin) Magnesium Citrate: this form is highly absorbable which helps with digestion and regularity. It includes over 70 trace minerals which are essential for nerve and muscle health.

Magnesium Bisglycinate: Magnesium combined with two amino acids of glycine, which helps relieve anxiety, stress, pain, promotes bone health and manages blood glucose levels. It is great for insomnia and balancing your circadian rhythm.

It has the added benefits of:

GABA: an amino acid which is produced in the brain, decreases the beta waves and increases alpha waves, and allows your body to promote nervous system relaxation, have sharper mental focus, and lower anxiety and pain.

L-Theanine: an amino acid that acts on the GABA receptors and reduces situational stress, anxiety, and insomnia.
